At Club Fab, we work with a variety of independent brand partners, which means shipping and delivery arrangements may differ depending on the product you purchase.


Please always review the shipping information displayed on the individual product page before completing your order. The available delivery options, estimated delivery time, applicable fees, and fulfilment arrangements are specified per item.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received and confirmed.


Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared for delivery either by Club Fab or by the relevant brand partner, depending on the product.


2. Who Delivers Your Order?

Club Fab products may be fulfilled through different delivery arrangements.


Club Fab Fulfilled

Some products are stored, prepared, and delivered directly by Club Fab.

For these products, Club Fab manages the applicable fulfilment and delivery process.


Brand Partner Fulfilled

Some products are fulfilled and shipped directly by the relevant Club Fab brand partner.

In these cases, the brand partner is responsible for preparing the product for dispatch and arranging delivery according to the shipping details specified for that product.


The delivery method and estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated through the applicable product or order information.


3. Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery timeframe is generally:

24–72 Hours


Standard delivery is available for eligible products and locations.


The 24–72 hour timeframe begins after payment has been successfully confirmed and the order is ready for fulfilment.


Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Brand partner fulfilment time
  • Customer location
  • Courier availability
  • Order volume
  • Weekends and public holidays
  • Weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control


Please refer to the individual product page for the specific shipping information applicable to your purchase.


4. Express Delivery Options

For selected products and locations, Club Fab may offer faster delivery options, including:

Deliver in 2 Hours


Selected products may be eligible for delivery within approximately 2 hours.


This service is subject to:

  • Product eligibility
  • Product availability
  • Customer location
  • Order confirmation
  • Fulfilment availability
  • Courier availability
  • Applicable delivery hours


A higher delivery fee applies to the 2-hour delivery option.

The exact fee may vary depending on your delivery location and other applicable delivery conditions.


Deliver Now

For selected products, customers may have the option to request immediate or priority delivery.


“Deliver Now” is subject to availability and may only be offered for products that are already prepared and available for immediate fulfilment.


A higher delivery fee applies to this service and will depend on the customer's location and applicable delivery conditions.


5. Important: Not All Products Qualify for Express Delivery

Please note that 2-hour delivery and Deliver Now are not available for every product.


Some products may only be available for standard delivery because they:

  • Are fulfilled directly by a brand partner
  • Require additional preparation time
  • Are stored at a different location
  • Are not eligible for express delivery
  • Are outside the applicable express-delivery area
  • Have specific delivery restrictions


The delivery options available for each product will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.


Always check the product's shipping details before placing your order.


6. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees may vary depending on:

  • Delivery option selected
  • Customer location
  • Distance
  • Product
  • Brand partner
  • Courier
  • Delivery time
  • Express or priority service requested


Standard delivery and express delivery may have different fees.


Where applicable, the delivery fee will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.


7. Multiple Products in One Order

If you purchase products from different brands or products with different delivery arrangements, your items may be shipped separately.


For example, one product may be fulfilled by Club Fab while another product may be dispatched directly by a brand partner.


Different products may therefore arrive at different times and may have different delivery charges or delivery options.


The applicable shipping information will be shown for each product.


8. Delivery Areas

Delivery availability depends on the product, fulfilment location, brand partner, courier, and customer's address.

Certain express delivery options may only be available within specific areas.


For 2-hour or Deliver Now orders, availability and delivery fees may be determined based on the customer's exact delivery location.


9. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:

  • Full delivery address
  • Building or villa information
  • Apartment or unit number
  • Contact telephone number
  • Any relevant delivery instructions


Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays or additional delivery arrangements.


10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, does not respond to the courier, or otherwise prevents delivery, additional delivery charges or rescheduling fees may apply where applicable.


The customer may be contacted to arrange another delivery attempt.


11. Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may receive delivery or tracking information from Club Fab, the relevant brand partner, or the delivery provider.


Tracking availability may vary depending on the product and fulfilment method.


12. Delays

While we aim to meet the delivery timeframe shown for each product, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.


These may include:

  • Severe weather
  • Traffic or road restrictions
  • Courier disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes
  • Brand partner delays
  • Incorrect delivery information
  • Events beyond our reasonable control


For urgent orders, please make sure that the selected product specifically offers the 2-hour or Deliver Now option before placing your order.
